Team of hardworking government officials, deputy governor with his staffs launched a wooden bridge crossing water flow in the area. Just funny…
The construction of three concrete box culverts and roads to connect six sub locations in Kingandole, Marachi East and Marachi North Wards in Butula Sub County started at the weekend with thousands of residents set to benefit from the county government’s initiative.
“The culverts will see to it that transportation is easily accessible to the residents especially women and children who traverse the sub-locations to access markets and schools especially during rainy season when the streams connecting the sub-locations flood,” he said.
The bridge is worth 15 million ksh equivalent to $144,000.
